RETURNS

If you wish to return an item purchased from nomdstore.com please contact us within 7 days of purchase to request a Return Authorisation Number (RAN).
Please note that returns will not be accepted without a RAN.

Once you have obtained a RAN from us, please download and fill out our Returns and Exchanges form. Package the item/s carefully and include the completed form, addressed as advised on your Returns and Exchanges Form.
Return shipping to nomdstore.com is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Nomdstore.com is not responsible for the safety of the item/s in return transit.
Returns must be sent back to nomdstore.com within 7 days of obtaining a RAN in order to be eligible for a refund.
All items must be received in an unused, unwashed and unaltered state with all tags and packaging in new condition. Once item/s has been checked the purchasing amount will be refunded to the PayPal account or Credit Card used at original point of purchase.
We will advise you once the returned goods have been received and when the refund has been processed.

THERE ARE NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON SALE GOODS UNLESS THE GOODS ARE FAULTY OR HAVE BEEN SENT INCORRECTLY.
FOR REASONS OF HYGIENE WE ARE UNABLE TO OFFER RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON ALL BEAUTY PRODUCTS, FRAGRANCES AND PIERCED EARRINGS.

EXCHANGES

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive your order and an item is faulty or incorrect, please contact us immediately so that we can repair, replace or refund the item. Nomdstore.com will cover the shipping costs required to return the faulty or incorrect item, provided you have contacted us first.
