DELIVERY TIMING

Orders will be processed within standard business hours (Mon - Fri, 9am - 5pm NZST). Any orders received outside of these times will be processed the next business working day. Processing of your order may take up to 48 hours. Shipping estimates are additional to this processing time.

We will email you an order confirmation invoice once your order has been dispatched.

STOCK AVAILABILITY

If an item is purchased that is not available at the time of dispatch for any reason, we will contact you within 48 hours and let you know. If we are unable to offer a replacement item, we will issue a refund via the method through which the original order was placed.
