Returns & Exchanges

If you wish to return or exchange an item purchased from nomdstore.com please contact web@nomd.co.nz within 7 days of receiving the item/s to request a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) and a Returns and Exchanges Form.

PLEASE NOTE THAT RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A RAN AND RETURNS AND EXCHANGES FORM.

Once you have obtained a RAN from us, please fill out the Returns and Exchanges Form and package the item/s carefully including the completed form, addressed as advised.

All items must be received in an unused, unwashed and unaltered state with original packaging, including any gift boxes, swing tags and all corresponding accessories. Return shipping to nomdstore.com is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Returns must be sent back to nomdstore.com within 7 days of obtaining a RAN to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Nomdstore.com is not responsible if an item is late, lost or damaged in return transit. The customer must consider this risk before purchasing from nomdstore.com. 

Nomdstore.com considers anything less than a tracked courier inadequate for handling returned item/s.

ANY DIFFERENCES FROM THE CONDITION THE GOODS WERE SENT OUT IN WILL VOID ANY REFUND OR EXCHANGE.

REFUND: Once the item/s has been checked the purchasing amount will be refunded to the PayPal account, Laybuy account or Credit Card used at original point of purchase.

We will advise you once the returned goods have been received and when the refund has been processed. Refunds can take 1 - 3 working days to process, if you have any issues or if you haven't received your refund after 3 working days please contact us.

EXCHANGE: Once the item/s has been checked we will notify you with tracking when your exchange has been dispatched.

THERE ARE NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON SALE GOODS UNLESS THE GOODS ARE FAULTY OR HAVE BEEN SENT INCORRECTLY.

FOR REASONS OF HYGIENE, WE ARE UNABLE TO OFFER RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON BEAUTY PRODUCTS, FRAGRANCES AND PIERCED EARRINGS.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES CAN ONLY BE MADE THROUGH NOMDSTORE.COM AND NOT AT ANY NOM*D STOCKISTS OR PLUME STORES.

OUR RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY ONLY APPLIES TO ITEM/S PURCHASED FROM NOMDSTORE.COM. IF YOU WISH TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM PURCHASED FROM ONE OF OUR STOCKISTS YOU WILL NEED TO ORGANISE THIS DIRECTLY WITH THEM, AS PER THEIR OWN POLICY. THIS INCLUDES INSTORE PLUME PURCHASES.

 

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive your order and an item is faulty or incorrect, please contact us immediately so that we can repair, replace or refund the item. Nomdstore.com will cover the shipping costs required to return the faulty or incorrect item, provided you have contacted us first.
