NOM*d sizes are based on standard New Zealand sizing. For information on sizing, please see our size guide. Sizing may vary between styles.

Care is always taken to ensure that all product details, descriptions and product prices appearing on our website are correct at the time of website entry. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been incorrectly described, including product pricing.

We work hard to keep our nomdstore.com stock levels accurate. Should you purchase an item that is not physically available, we will contact you within 24 hours during weekdays. If we are unable to provide you with an appropriate replacement, we will refund your order via the method through which the original order was placed. We are unable to provide cash refunds.

Please note that items in your ‘shopping cart’ are not on hold and may be purchased by other customers.

All prices displayed on nomdstore.com are at the discretion of nomdstore.com. Pricing may change without notice. 

Please note NZD orders can only be shipped to New Zealand addresses, AUD orders to Australian address. All USD orders can be shipped to any International address outside of New Zealand and Australia.

NOM*ds PLUME retail stores in New Zealand may occasionally run local promotions where pricing in-store may vary to pricing on nomdstore.com. Should such a promotion occur, nomdstore.com is under no obligation to match these prices.

All purchases of sale items are final and cannot be exchanged or returned unless faulty.
